If you are product are defect, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item we inspect the goods – and if everything is in order then we will send you a new product.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

contradom will not issue returns for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

The customer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an order the customer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by customs or returned to us we will not be responsible for the losses. It is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping costs if you wish to have a second delivery attempt.

We are unable to accept a return without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
